The only lawyer you want for your student loan matters

Adam is professional, responsive and knowledgeable. I felt that my legal issue was handled by the number one expert in this area of law and I was extremely happy with the legal services he provided.

Efficient and effective

Adam made a potentially stressful process feel smooth and easy. He’s extremely knowledgeable, responds in a timely fashion, is friendly and approachable and, most importantly, got a far better outcome than I expected. Couldn’t recommend him more highly.

Professional, polite, and incredibly helpful

I contacted Adam about an old student loan debt that I was being sued for and had no idea how to handle. We had an hour long consultation where Adam shed light on the ins and outs of dealing with this matter and clearly outlined everything I needed to do to handle it appropriately. It was obvious ...to me after our initial conversation that he had a wealth of knowledge and experience in student loan debt settlement and without question was the lawyer I needed to get my debt squared away. Adam handled all aspects (paperwork, filing, negotiation, etc.) of the lawsuit efficiently and effectively and I'm happy to say he resolved my case with a favorable outcome. I would 100% recommend Adam Minsky to anyone with student loan trouble. A word to the wise - they intentionally don't make this process easy so in my honest opinion it's better to go with a professional like Adam who knows how to handle everything rather than make a mistake along the way and risk getting a default judgement or something worse.

LOANS FULLY DISCHARGED -- So happy we called Adam for counsel regarding my daughter's student loan debt

My daughter was in an 18-month cosmetology program when I moved to Boston from Michigan. She was having a hard time adjusting to her mother being so far away, and took a break from school… They told her she had to formally withdraw in order to do this, so she did. She went back a while later and afte...r being back at school for a couple of months, and only 6 weeks away from graduating, the school closed its doors and filed for bankruptcy. She looked into transferring her credits to another program and was in process of doing so when she suffered an accident at home while washing dishes, and severed the nerve in her pinky finger, requiring surgery. She would no longer be able to become a cosmetologist due to the damage, so she applied for student loan discharge through the government. The federal government, however, approved only a partial loan discharge, stating that because she had withdrawn from the school for a period of time, her earlier loans would have to be repaid. Even though she lives in Michigan, I contacted Adam and set up an appointment with him while she was in town for a visit. He went through all of her paperwork, and showed us exactly how to file an appeal to the decision with the government, as well as suggested verbiage for the letter we would send in with it. Nearly two years later, the appeal has worked and the rest of her student loans have been fully discharged! If we wouldn’t have contacted Adam and sought his counsel, she would be in $13,500 worth of debt for a degree she is unable to pursue any longer, and $3,500 worth of debt for her medical deductible. So happy we got the proper help we needed and that she will be able to focus on finding a new career, rather than be tied down with useless student loan debt! Thanks, Adam.

Life Saver! Everyone with student loans needs an advocate like Adam!

As student loan law and the way it impacts all of us continues to change and evolve, it is so important to have an advocate like Adam on our side.
