The "Original" Student Loan Lawyer

While a lawyer and I think of reasonable intelligence, nonetheless, I suffered from years of not properly understanding student loans, some bad advice from my old law school, and years of unemployment. I was deeply in student loan debt. I found Adam in an internet search, even before meeting him..., impressed he had started a practice in this market niche. We actually did meet, though all of correspondence afterwards was by phone and email. In all our communications, I was impressed by Adam's knowledge of student loans, analytical ability in determining the payment history (and remaining payments), and keeping track of program changes from Department of Education and Congress. Thanks to Adam, we sorted out my loan history, got me on the most economical and beneficial payment plan, and helped me enroll in the PSLF program. Years of my payment, periodically consulting Adam, the loans were recently forgiven! Without Adam's help and encouragement, I'd be facing decades of continued loan payments and an even deeper hole!

Parent Plus Loan Help

Adam met with us to plan how to relieve the financial stress of repaying college debt. He knew which Repaye Plan we would qualify to use. Adam took us through the steps to reduce our payments. He kept in contact with us through the entire process.Adam's knowledge of Student Loans was the key in devel...oping a plan for the future . Thanks again Adam.

Great Lawyer! Must hire!!!

Adam was able to consolidate all my medical school loans and reduce my monthly payments ENORMOUSLY, by rolling them into an "income driven plan". It has now been one full year that is complete with this plan. We had to renew by submitting tax returns for 2017 in order to reapply for this next year.... Adam is extremely knowledgeable in this legal field. He knows all the in and out's and will advise you the very best way for you to benefit to reduce your payments are much as they possibly can be. Everything he suggested was real. We were worried about the renewal process after the first year, but I must say it went exactly the way he said it would if we just follow the directions and it went so smoothly!! We emailed him again this year just to tell him how great this was going and to thank him once again!! Besides his knowledge and professionalism, Adam is very personable, understanding and caring.

Adam Minsky Review

After my two children finished college at an expensive private school, I was left with a large amount of Parent Plus loan debt (even after the scholarships). I figured that I would not finish a real estate closing or other business deal without consulting an attorney or at least an experienced financ...ial adviser. So I felt that it was worth the initial fee to consult with Adam. After the consult, I used Adam’s services to complete the process. The policies for federal loans are available online, but are not always easy to understand- I had missed some important facts. Adam helped me consolidate my loans and find the best repayment plan for my circumstances. He helped me fill out the necessary forms and communicate with my loan servicer. He clearly stated ahead of time what the fees would be. He answered all of my questions clearly, promptly, and thoroughly. He is knowledgeable, and supportive. At a stressful time, Adam helped me to understand my options and saved me money.

Wonderful experience...highly recommend!

Attorney Minsky helped me arrange a payment plan for my outstanding student loans. He was helpful, understanding and explained all my options every step of the way. I felt confident knowing that I had him on my side. I can't recommend him enough!
