Concise, direct, compassionate listener

I found Adam through his Forbes column, which I think is of great public service in a culture where confusion, lack of transparency and almost zero financial education, for the majority of the population, is status quo. Adam is not only concise and direct, but he is a patient and compassionate liste...ner who really wants to understand your loans and story to find the most effective solutions for you. After a 2015 catastrophic health event, rehab, subsequent divorce and continued recovery, I applied to for TPD with the assistance of free non profit lawyers and was rejected. The paralegal and lawyers didn't fully understand the requirements. I booked a consultation with Adam for a nominal fee. He told me exactly the info he needed in advance so we could get down to brass tacks during the consultation. He gave me a timeline of how the meeting should go, which was helpful to me as I have a brain injury and deficits that go along with that. Student loans can be anxiety inducing even in healthy times. He opened up our time up for questions. He told me how he would proceed if I hired him, laid out the fees and then told me I could attempt the next steps myself as I am organized. I took the next steps myself for my desired outcome! His response times are swift. I highly recommend Adam!

Disability Discharge Consultation

I reached out to Adam after a 7 year disability slowly erased my capability to work traditional full or even part time positions. I had a perfect record of repayment, but still years to go. After finding Adam in both a Forbes article and on an Internet search and doing my due diligence through the Ma...ssachusets Bar Association (his record is spotless), I reached out for a consultation. Adam was quick to respond to my message; asked detailed questions, and used layman terms - all of which were quite helpful. Our appointment was set for an hour and was conveniently available for online payment. I was able to send my documents and questions ahead of time, which helped utilize our time very efficiently. Our consultation was efficient and extremely helpful. Adam used laymen's terms and pointed out areas that needed redoing or changing with kindness and treated me with professional empathy. He took time to answer all of my questions and refreshingly answered any that were unknown with "I don't know," but was also able to refer me to the proper kind of attorney or advisor. His summary was available the same evening, and his demeanor was kind, professional, articulate, and accessible. I cannot recommend him highly enough to anyone who is struggling with any aspect of their student loans. Adam is highly knowledgeable and professional.
