Fraud

Mr. Minsky was hired by my husband to represent HIM in a debt reduction action. WITHOUT MY CONSENT he included me in the action on jointl obligations. This damaged my credit rating and impaired my ability priduce income.

Get your life back!

I was unemployed, unemployable and had even lost my house. I was in default, and seriously underwater when I finally reached out for legal advice. The first lawyer said he couldn't help me; the second lawyer said she needed to confer with a colleague; the colleague said, "Tell her to contact Adam M...insky." I cannot recommend Adam highly enough. He is prompt to respond, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I contacted him in June and by the end of December my six-figure loan debt was discharged. Yes, DISCHARGED! He walked me through each step of the process - including my first zoom meeting! He is kind and patient and understanding. All I had heard before was that I was stuck. Adam explained that I did in fact have options. He made this EASY. I had lived with anxiety for so long - don't do that! Reach out. He has given me my life back. I felt like I was working with a skilled, caring therapist who happened to be a brilliant lawyer as well. I cannot thank him enough.

Adam is the best!

One of the best decisions I’ve ever made was reaching out to Adam Minsky. I first came across his name in Forbes, where he writes about student loans, and after decades of being stuck in one repayment status or another, I finally felt like I needed real guidance. The Department of Education’s regulat...ions had become a Byzantine labyrinth, and with student loan forgiveness on the horizon, I knew I couldn’t navigate it alone. Adam walked me through every step I needed to take to have a real chance at getting my loans discharged. His guidance was clear, strategic, and absolutely essential—without him, I would have been completely underwater. On top of that, he is genuinely one of the nicest people to work with. He always answered my questions, never made me feel rushed, and made an overwhelming process manageable. I’m deeply grateful for his help and cannot recommend him highly enough.

A True Expert in the Student Loan Field

I have been getting guidance and advice from Adam regarding my student loans for several years, starting in 2020. Over the years, I have consulted with him on various changes, not only in my personal situation, but also changes in the overall Student Loan landscape. Adam is a true maven in the Studen...t Loan field, staying abreast of all the pertinent updates and progressions with policy. Through all my consultations and interactions with Adam, he has been extremely knowledgeable and provided salient and detailed advice for how to proceed. It would have been difficult to navigate my student loan journey without him, and I highly recommend Adam for anything student loan related.

When it comes to hiring an attorney for student loan issues, Adam Minsky is the best choice. From the time I read his articles on the subject to when I first spoke with him I knew my decision to contact him was correct. For a reasonable retainer fee he was able to straighten out my student loan s...ituation and helped make complex issues easy to understand. He is nice and personable and a true expert on student loans. I could not have asked for more.
