Amazing experience!

I was struggling with my student loan debt for years and didn't know how to get out of it. I scoured through the internet trying to find a way to get on top of this debt for good. I learned about Adam from an article and decided to reach out. During our consultation, Adam was thoughtful and empatheti...c. He answered all the questions I had and never tried selling me on hiring him. He really left it up to me to make any and all decisions. I ended up hiring him because it made more sense to have an expert on my case rather than trying to go it alone. I'm so happy that I made that choice! Adam was able to sort out my debt in a few short months! You will not regret hiring him!

100/10. Awesome Lawyer

Adam was of monumental assistance to my family and I regarding my defaulted student loans. Over the years he was able to provide reasonable and practical advice, sound guidance and when the time came he was able to guide my family and I through a settlement process when all seemed lost. Through it a...ll he was professional, kind, prompt, and understanding. The fees are also very reasonable for the all the work he puts in too, I never felt like I was being left out of the loop. He always kept me informed. I wholeheartedly recommend his services to anyone needing guidance with student loans.

The Best Possible Outcome for our case happened

We hired Attorney Minsky to represent our daughter related to her defaulted student loans. From our first contact through the positive resolution of the case, he took the time to explain the process to us thoroughly, with a great deal of patience and understanding for the concerns that we shared wit...h him. Attorney Minsky is also very responsive and timely with answering emails when we had questions or needed clarification. Due to his expertise and skills, our daughter's loans were discharged and she has a fresh start. I recommend Attorney Minsky without any hesitation.

5 Stars for Excellent Services

I met with Adam Minsky for one session on the phone to discuss applying for a waiver for a federal loan. He was clear, compassionate, direct, and organized. He provided very specific advice and action items which I believe helped me to ultimately receive a waiver. I would definitely recommend him to ...a friend, if they found themselves in a similar situation.
