wonderfull service

We went through many lawyers who simply had no clue about student loan issues. We were so fortunate to find Adam; he was helpful, reassuring, professional and charged reasonable straight forward rates. Foreign based student loan default

I recommend Mr. Minsky to anyone with student loan problems, or if they want to know where things stand in relation to the complicated world of student loans. Having defaulted on my loan about 17 years ago and being based overseas (no intention of returning to the US), Mr. Minsky outlined possible o...ptions for his services in a direct and open manner via Skype. My loan did not appear on any credit reports, as collection efforts had ceased due to an inability to contact me. I did not know how to find out how much I owed and he provided detailed instructions as to how to get my current loan balance. My case was somewhat unique in the ability to negotiate a settlement and Mr. Minsky quickly recognised how things should proceed. Options for dealing the the Department of Education were outlined clearly as well as the possible implications of the decision made. Instructions for me and from me to him were clearly outlined before any action was taken. All correspondence was responded to In a timely manner with a direct approach provided. The matter was settled quickly and with a significant discount on what I had been quoted as a loan balance from the collection agents (Department of Education). Once again, my case was somewhat unique but the DOE does not have the best reputation for negotiating settlements, either. Mr. Minsky is a true professional and I would recommend him unreservedly in relation to any student loan work.

A great, compassionate lawyer specializing in Student Loan Debt

I was referred to Adam Minsky by a Bankruptcy lawyer, who informed me that getting help with student loan debt is near impossible, but that he knew of someone who could help. I was at the end of my rope with frustration and confusion regarding what my rights were, and Adam set everything straight for... me. He helped me to understand the laws surrounding student loan debt, and gave me hope when I didn't have any left. WIth his help, I was able to get out of a big financial rut and gain a wealth of knowledge. He is courteous, prompt and really listens to you. I would recommend him to anyone needing assistance with student loans in a heartbeat.
