Attorney McLaughlin was able to do for my son what seemed like it never would happen. She was able to press for the issuance of detainers so he can face his open charges in MA. My son is incarcerated in NH and had been requesting to settle his open cases in MA but they would not issue detainers so he... could stand trial in MA.
