I went to buy a shot gun at LL Bean and was rejected on my back ground check. I was told I could appeal it which I did .Two years later I received a call from the police dept. where I had lived demanding that I turn in my guns and permit as I was a convicted felon. I had had a permit in three states ...for many years. As I had no guns in MA I turned in my permit. At that point I contacted GOAL and they recommended Neil. When Neil started investigating he found this was a 53 year old case that had actually has been dismissed but when I had tried to purchased the gun from LL Bean the person at the NIBC Systems had read the letter that was a D for dismissed as a G for guilty and that is where my problem started. I don't think Neil would ever bend the rules for anyone but he will fight very hard and exhaust all legal means in existence for your defense without judgement. He will support exactly what you tell him. If I had it to do over again I would have trusted him more, asked less questions and given him even more information. Neil also is at the perfect place in his career where he has a long time of really significant experience but is still young and energetic. I can't recommend Neil highly enough.
