On one terrible night after a night out in town a female accused me of Rape after I exposed her for soliciting prostitution to authorities. That female conjured up a horrendous story and authorities had taken their position in believing the story and I was arrested. At that time he worked for another... attorney and the team was able to get me out as soon as possible (within a day) after bail was met and quickly begin defending my innocence. At arraignment, the team motioned the court to preserve key video evidences that exposed the inconsistency of the lie. Unfortunately, the prosecution stuck with their belief in the fabricated story and decided to indict me after 6 months of investigation. Throughout this time, Neil was available whenever I needed consultation and was reviewing my case constantly as well as providing support. When the jury returned a not guilty verdict, I believe he was the main reason that allowed the jury to see the inconsistence in her story through his attention to small details and due diligence. Justice was served.
