Irvin Rakhlin

I contacted attorney Rakhlin for the first time late on a Saturday night to seek his legal representation on the upcoming Tuesday morning at a court hearing. He responded to my request early on the following Sunday morning. After discussing over the phone the details pertaining to my case, he explain...ed to me what his approach method would be to address the situation and what the possible outcomes could be. I could immediate tell he was very knowledgeable about the matter. I truly appreciated the time he dedicated to explain to me very carefully the whole situation I was involved in. I contacted two other attorneys prior to working with Attorney Rakhlin. I was always able to get in touch with him when I needed to. He was able to communicated with police detectives on my behalf in a timely manner and handled the case with professionalism. He believed and reassured me, and I did ...not feel judged. The charges against me were eventually dismissed. If I had hired a different lawyer, I don’t think I would have gotten the same outcome. I was glad I was able to find him not only as my attorney but also as my advocate.

I had a bogus restraining order on me by an estranged family member who was looking to make my life miserable. I had a lawyer prior to contacting Irvin but when I tried to contact her I was unable to reach her by phone or by email. Not feeling comfortable with my 1st choice I searched for found Irvin... here at AVVO and liked what I read. I called him in the morning and actually was able to speak with him directly. He said he had court later in the morning but may be able to speak with me later in the day. He contacted me after his court work and I was able to speak with him that afternoon. On the day of court Irv meet us all at the courthouse explained how the proceedings go and who he may call to testify and what questions he may ask. Being in a courtroom waiting for a docket # with your name to be called is a nerve wracking experience and mine was just civil . Having Irvin there was the only thing that made it so I could stay relaxed. Without getting into details the restraining order was set to expire at end of day because of a no show on plaintiffs part but they showed up before we left which was probably for the best. Irvin explained to plaintiff that we are here to settle the request for restraining order and we all went back into the court room to get before the judge again. Before that could happen the plaintiff left and was never seen again. I wish I had a chance to have Irvin question the plaintiff and witness for me. I am sure the end result would have been the same with the order expiring . Irving is very professional , knowledgeable and easy to contact via phone or email. Made my only dealings with the legal system easier. I highly recommend

Irvin is by far the most talented and skillful lawyer. At first I was looking online at different lawyers and honestly none caught my eye until I got to Irvin Rakhlin's website. After reading his information on his website I made the call around 8:00 pm and left a voicemail letting him know my situat...ion. The very next morning, he called me back and scheduled a meeting. First time meeting him face to face, he was very kind and answering all my questions fully and very carefully making sure I understood everything. Before my court date, he kept calling/emailing me making sure everything is good and if I had any questions. He gave me step by step plans of what he was going to do for me on my court date. Also he was even kind enough to go that extra mile to make sure I was ok emotionally because this was my first time going to court. He made sure every step of the way that I was ok and ready. On the court date, he was very professional and made sure the judge knew that he'll fight for me no matter what the outcome would be. The outcome of sentence was light and that is all thanks to Irvin. All I got was a 3 month probation and everyone in the court said "Wow thats a lucky break. You got off really easy". I looked back and said "Its all thanks to my lawyer!" He wanted the judge to know that I'm a good person so he made me do tasks before the court date like get letters from friends and co-workers stating that I'm a good friend and a very good/hardworking co-worker. He knew right away the type of person I am and he wanted the entire court to see what he sees in me. He wasn't like the other lawyers who only see their clients as money bags walking into their office. Irvin is different and that what makes him the outstanding lawyer he is. He gets to know you first then get to know the situation. How it happened. Who started it. How did it end. He also is their 24/7....literally. I called him late during one night because I got very worried of the court case coming up. He answered his phone and calmed me down, helping to relax me and put my mind at ease. That meant a lot because he took time from he's off hours to help. Overall if you are looking for a lawyer who actually cares about the people who walks through the door into their office then Irvin Rakhlin is that man!!!
