Irvin Rakhlin

Irv was one of the lawyers we had contact to consult for some help with a temporary Harassment Prevention Order and we hired him to represent us at the hearing for the extension. He was very helpful even before being hired and had extensive familiarity with the court we were in as well as this type ...of case. He came prepared to the hearing and we had a favorable outcome. He also represented us for a supposed "violation" of the HPO. I will say that his rates are higher than other attorneys that we had spoken to, however, he did a bit of extra work in our case as well. We did need a magistrate hearing date moved, and he was able to get that moved for us. Overall, he was excellent and we ended up with a positive result.

I can write all day long and it still won’t be enough to praise how dedicated and fair this attorney is. I found out about my Legal issue on Saturday of a Three day weekend (Marathon Monday). My Court date was 10 days away. So after searching Google for someone that Specializes in my case i found Irv...in Rakhlin's offices. So i submitted my info into his Free case evaluation. I was delighted to get a phone call at 9am on Tuesday. Irvin was very reassuring during our initial consultation and made me feel very at ease with the whole process. To my surprise a family member who has a history of being violent and controlling had filed a restraining order against me so I would not be able to visit my aging sickly mother in Boston . Since no aggression had happened from my side I knew this was filed to get control over my mother and her prop...erty. Irvin is very strong lawyer with great questioning skills , I felt totally protected and very secure this lawyer. I pray I never need this type of service again but if I did I would hire Irvin again. Attorney Rakhlin acted with the utmost care and integrity in dealing with my case.
