Irvin Rakhlin

This is my first time needing an attorney. It was a pretty minor case but just like most first timers, I was freaking out quite a bit. After contacting several attorneys, I went with Attorney Rakhlin. At the initial contact, he listened attentively and quickly build a profile of how he is going to ha...ndle it. What are my advantages as well as my disadvantages. What I would need to present to better my case. This gave me a lot of confidence. During the hearing, he was very assuring and professional. He hand held me through my case and was very helpful whenever I need him. Not exactly sure how my expereince could have been better in the overall picture. But I appreciated every second of working together with him.

I can write all day long and it still won’t be enough to praise how dedicated and fair this attorney is. I found out about my Legal issue on Saturday of a Three day weekend (Marathon Monday). My Court date was 10 days away. So after searching Google for someone that Specializes in my case i found Irv...in Rakhlin's offices. So i submitted my info into his Free case evaluation. I was delighted to get a phone call at 9am on Tuesday. Irvin was very reassuring during our initial consultation and made me feel very at ease with the whole process. I am Disabled and money is tight, so it was nice find someone with a Heart. We were able to work things out so he took my case. He informed me of all the documents i needed and we met on Friday. Court date was on monday. So over the weekend he communcated with me multiple times to get everything in order. On Monday morning Irvin fought boston traffic to Lynn courthouse.Not the easiest ride. Irvin was fantastic in the courtroom and his knowledge during the proceedings were instrumental in my favor. I would Highly recommend Mr. Rakhlin to anyone who needs a Law Attorney. I was told that Attorney Rakhlin was one of the best defense attorneys in Boston and he proved to be. I was also told when looking for a defense attorney to find someone who had the following traits: negotiating skills, courtroom demeanor, perseverance, analytical skills, knowledge of the law, integ...rity, communication skills, research skills, understanding of the court system, and care for the client (ie., understanding the clients needs). On each of these skills, I would give Attorney Rakhlin a perfect ten. As described below, his results were fantastic as well. My situation was that after going through a tough time in my life, over the course of many months, I ended up with six outstanding cases that were brought against me. Incredibly, after much work and negotiation with the court system, Attorney Rakhlin was able to get my cases reduced to a mere pre-trial probation of nine months (which he was later able to negotiate down to six months). When I later talked to other attorneys, they told me that with as many cases that I had outstanding (again six in total) that it is very rare to get solely a pre-trial probation for that short period of time. This reinforced the great skills and job Attorney Rakhlin was able to do for me. Below I further elaborate on some more (not all) specific examples with short bullet points of why you should use his services: - While sitting in the courtroom and waiting for my case to be called, I was able to see other attorneys present their cases before mine was called. It was clear to me that Attorney Rakhlin's skills were the best of those attorneys that I saw on those days I sat in court. - I was able to notice the close relationship and respect that Attorney Rakhlin had with the district attorneys. I feel that they trusted he was out to do the right thing in the court system. That went along way in having my cases resolved as I described above. - His client service was incredible. Any time I contacted him, he either picked up the phone right away or got back to me within minutes (even if he was in court when I contacted him he would text me back within minutes). - When we were walking through the courthouse together it was amazing how he seemed to know everyone. This allowed him to take care of things very efficiently and effectively. I have already discussed how we was able to get my cases resolved in an incredible fashion and against all odds, but his amazing work did not stop there. - After these cases were dismissed, I wanted to have them sealed ASAP, as well, in case any employer that I was interviewing with used a more thorough background check. Attorney Rakhlin was able to get these records sealed only two months after the cases were dismissed. Other lawyers stated that this too was an incredibly short time frame. For the reasons stated above, I sincerely recommend, over any other lawyer that I have seen, Attorney Rakhlin's services.

To my surprise a family member who has a history of being violent and controlling had filed a restraining order against me so I would not be able to visit my aging sickly mother in Boston . Since no aggression had happened from my side I knew this was filed to get control over my mother and her prop...erty. I the next day googled falsely accused restraining order and Irvin Rakhlin was the first to come up, he immediately gave me the confidence that he knew how to deal with this type of case . After talking with 5 other lawyers I came back to Irvin due to his experience with these matters and so happy that I did. Once in the court room I did not have to say a thing. He guided me to stand tall and strong and not react to my family members lies and outrages claims. Irvin's cross examination allowed for so may large holes to be put into the plaintiff's statements about me , and shed light on the truth of the judge to see clearly this was a case of one family member trying to control over the property over my elder mother. Irvin is very strong lawyer with great questioning skills , I felt totally protected and very secure this lawyer. I pray I never need this type of service again but if I did I would hire Irvin again. Irv does not talk to you frequently and he seldom has the time to send numerous lengthy emails to try and rake up a huge bill for time spent on inconsequential conversations over phone and email. This helps not only to keep legal costs down, but keeps Irv pre-occupied with what he ought to do for hi...s clients, that is, to help vindicate our stand in Court. I spoke to Irv once when he first submitted appearance in court on my behalf and once again when he sent me an email informing me that the criminal case has been unconditionally dismissed! Thanks a lot!
