I've been riddled with anxiety and stress during the past 6 m...onths due to my situation, and Irv's been there to both reassure me and remain devoted to representing me in court to the best of his abilities. Me encontré en una situación inesperada y en mi contra con la ley de Massachusetts. Busqué a alguien especialista en el campo del crimen del que se me acusaba. Elegí a Irvin porque era de los pocos especialistas con 5 estrellas en sus reviews. En nuestra primera conversación telefónica, tan pronto le... conté lo sucedido fue muy descriptivo respecto al pronóstico del caso, ofreciéndose a reunirse conmigo ese mismo fin de semana (pese a que era fiesta nacional). Mantuvo contacto constante conmigo, estudió bien los detalles del caso y me puso al corriente de todas las complicaciones que posiblemente derivarían. Gracias a su perspectiva pragmática de los hechos, convenció a la fiscalía para que reconsiderase mi condena y consiguió que se desestimase el caso, reduciendo mi 'castigo' a horas de servicio comunitario. Además, mi vuelo de vuelta a España será antes de la última vista, y confío plenamente en Irvin para dar la cara por mi cuando ya no esté y ocuparse de cerrar mi caso. Sin duda le recomendaré a conocidos de aquí: su amabilidad y profesionalidad son impecables. Además, habla Español y entiende de la cultura española, lo que en mi caso fue importante.

I already had good vibes from our first call which was further confirmed when we met. Mr. Rakhlin was very consultative, sharp, sincere, and experienced with our type of case.
