I was referred to Mark for my first offense OUI case. He was very straight forward with me explaining the entire process, and shared his thoughts on the downfalls of my case. Tracing back to May of 2015, i had been involved in a single vehicle crash due to animals in the road and upon arrival of officials, the next thing I knew I was being charged for OUI and contacted the Monopoli office almost immediately.
