I was arrested for an OUI back in March, and shortly after, I made the decision to hire Mark. He was fantastic every step of the way. From the second I called and set up a consultation to the trial date he was amazing. He always made time to see me before each pre trial and for the weeks and days lea...ding up to the trial he made the time to meet up with me four times to make sure I was comfortable and confident with the material that I needed to know to ensure a successful trial. The 10 months between getting charged with my OUI and my trial were the longest of my entire life. Mark was there every step of the way to help me through it. I met Mark monopoli about a few weeks after I met his father Michael monopoli. Being arrested for a first offense OUI was a difficult experience. Within a day, through word-of-mouth, I was on the phone with Mark on a Saturday afternoon going over the details of my case and what I could expect at my arraignment on Monday morning. From those first conversations through it was cle...ar that Mark knew the process, knew the players, and knew how to put his clients in the best position for defense. He reviewed my options with me, made sure I was well-informed, and helped me to elect to pursue a jury trial in my case. Through a series of postponed trial dates, Mark dedicated time over and above what would be expected to ensure I was comfortable, knew what to expect, and was prepared to stand trial. At trial he presented a compelling case, was well-prepared, exceptionally poised, and ultimately got the jury on our side. After only 6 minutes of deliberation, the jury returned with a not guilty verdict. Further, the judge dismissed the negligent operation charge I faced based on the case presented. I can't say enough about how good Mark is at what he does, how good he was to me during the process, or how glad I am that I had him representing me.

Mark and his dad Mike did a tremendous job defending me in a OUI case. They had me completely prepared throughout the entire 8 month process including entering the court and knowing what questions were coming and how to handle them. During the trial, Mark completely destroyed any case the prosecutor had against me and I received a verdict of Not Guilty.
