There are so many fantastic things that I could mention about attorney Monopoli. To start, he was extremely thorough with explaining every aspect of the case that you could imagine. He laid out all of the options in a clear and concise manner and gave me his best, most professional opinion on what wo...uld be best for my situation. Mark was my defense lawyer for my oui drugs case. His knowledge and expertise on the subject was completely unparalleled to any other lawyer I had spoken to. When it came to the trial, Marks knowledge was on full display and clearly showed just how much ahead of the curve he truly was compared to the DA. Mark took extra steps that some lawyers may not have taken, for instance he referenced multiple precedences that supported my case.
