I chose attorney Monopoli to represent me in a case which involved multiple charges including leaving the scene of an accident, negligent operation and OUI. Attorney Monopoli was professional and effecient throughout the process and made sure to communicate what was happening with my case so I never ...felt concerned or unaware of the situation. We chose to admit sufficient facts for all of the charges with the exception of the OUI which was brought to a jury trial. Attorney Monopoli was exceptional in the court room and as a result I was found not guilty on the OUI charge by the jury. I could have lost my license for four years, paid a massive amount in fines and spent countless hours in classes but instead i was let off the hook. I hired Mark/Michael Monopoli after being arrested for OUI. I was 57 yo and it was my first offense. It was a humiliating and humbling experience.
