Biography
In 1995 Mark L. Monopoli joined Michael’s practice. Mark is a 1995 graduate of the New England School of Law, where he was a member of the Law Review. Mark received his undergraduate degree from Bates College in 1992. He, like Michael, is in court everyday defending individuals charged with crimes.
Mark is in Court everyday defending individuals charged with crimes and is a member of the National College of DUI Defense.

Mr. Monopoli is very professional while still being personable. He made sure, and took the time, to prepare me and the case beyond what was needed. He then masterfully talked circles around opposing council and an experienced witness which resulted in a favorable outcome in a difficult case.
