Mark L. Monopoli

Tracing back to May of 2015, i had been involved in a single vehicle crash due to animals in the road and upon arrival of officials, the next thing I knew I was being charged for OUI and contacted the Monopoli office almost immediately. Mark was assigned to my case and handled it with ease. I was kep...t well informed and felt comfortable attending court with him. During my trial he reassured my tranquility with his questioning of the officer that had been on scene. He was able to have all charges drop and just listening to his choice of words, you can tell he knew what he was doing and how he needed to do it.
