Mark Monopoli is the absolute BEST lawyer for DUI and DWI cases in Massachusetts. Having never gone to trial before, I was absolutely petrified. Mark went over the process with me so thoroughly until it was ingrained in my head. Before trial, we practiced for about a hour and a half two days in a row... because he knew I was nervous and he wanted to make me feel at ease.
