I have known Mr. Allen for the past ten years and he has represented both our association and membership on various occasions. The best reference I can give Mr. Allen is that he takes the toughest of our employment cases and has yet to lose one for us. I highly recommend both he and his associates to our membership or will gladly recommend his services to any other employer who wants to win their case.

I first met Kelly at the NHRMA, and asked him to represent my employer at that time. Kelly's response to our situation was immediate, and his services were very professional. I have encouraged three different employers that I have worked for to retain Kelly in difficult situations; he has successfully represented all three.

I have consulted with Keller Allen over the past 15 years on several difficult employee termination decisions. What I appreciate most in working with Keller is he provides legal advice from a practical business perspective. He can communicate effectively at all levels within the organization. This is helpful when I am trying to educate Senior Management on fair employment practices. I appreciate working with an attorney who is straight-forward in his approach, and will give you an honest opinion. I highly recommend Keller Allen for any employment related litigation or legal advice.

We own a company in Spokane and with the help of the EEOC a former
non-american employee sued us for discrimination. Kelly got us through all the headaches and stress associated with this situation. I feel if we had not found Kelly we would not have faired as well as we did with the final outcome. In the meantime 3 more former employees who were laid off chose to file a claim with the EEOC claiming discrimination. What a nightmare. Those 3 were finally dropped due to lack of evidence. Kelly is so professional. Nancy and Pam who work for him do a fantastic job. His rates are reasonable. I hope to never need his services in the future but if it happens, I know who to call. Kelly you are truely the best in your profession. This whole claim against us started in 06 and just ended this past fall of 08 Keller W. Allen

Our company was experiencing our first employment law lawsuit. No matter how hard you work to discourage ex-employees from going down this route, you don't have control over what they do. This was where we found our self.
Our Corporate attorney researched and selected Kelly as our local attorney to handle this case. After Kelly was retained, we saw that he was rated as one of the Top 10 Employment Law Attorneys in Washington State from CEO Magazine (June 2008). He soon proved this was an honor well earned. Kelly asked for good information; he funneled items down that allowed us to collect valuable information that strengthened our case; and provided expert counsel for our managers who had never experienced a lawsuit. During the deposition phase he was able to get information needed that strengthened our case even more. Since he knows the attorneys and judges in town, he was able to place us in the best court system that played to our advantage. Results: We prevailed! Keller W. Allen

I have follwed Kelly to whichever firm he has worked, and now to his own practice. He is a true expert among experts. He will give an actual opinion and guidance, not just recite rhetoric. You will pay less for research than at any other firm, because he is so knowledgeable about his discipline. He makes sound suggestions about when to proceed with litigation and always seems to have our bottom line in mind. I feel confident in my recommendations to him, and refer both colleagues and family alike. It would be rare for me to take the time to offer my personal and professional opinions about a vendor, but for him it is a business partnership. You will be pleased with his service and his abilities.

As an HR professional it is extremely important to find an attorney whom you trust and is knowledgeable in all the areas of state and federal employment law. I have worked with Keller (Kelly) Allen for over fifteen years, and and would recommend him without hesitation. His knowledge of the law and responsive to our needs, even with a large client base, has been excellent. We have learned (the hard way unfortunately) to partner with Kelly on any sensitive HR issues, and his sound advice has proven to be invaluable to us. Kelly takes the time to listen, never gives you the impression he is too busy to help you with an issue, and presents the difficult advice in a straightforward and insightful manner.
He has done training for our managers, and because of this training, they now understand the issues and reasons behind some of the laws that are in place. He was able to bring the issues down to level that they understand and can relate to and he was entertaining too!!
