Keller Allen did an excellent job in representing our company.

We own a company in Spokane and with the help of the EEOC a former
non-american employee sued us for discrimination. Kelly got us through all the headaches and stress associated with this situation. I feel if we had not found Kelly we would not have faired as well as we did with the final outcome. In the meantime 3 more former employees who were laid off chose to file a claim with the EEOC claiming discrimination. What a nightmare. Those 3 were finally dropped due to lack of evidence. Kelly is so professional. Nancy and Pam who work for him do a fantastic job. His rates are reasonable. I hope to never need his services in the future but if it happens, I know who to call. Kelly you are truely the best in your profession. This whole claim against us started in 06 and just ended this past fall of 08

I have been working with Keller for the last 15 years and believe he is one of the most well informed, experienced and professional attorneys in his profession. Kelly asked for good information; he funneled items down that allowed us to collect valuable information that strengthened our case; and provided expert counsel for our managers who had never experienced a lawsuit. During the deposition phase he was able to get information needed that strengthened our case even more. Since he knows the attorneys and judges in town, he was able to place us in the best court system that played to our advantage. Results: We prevailed!
