Biography
I have served the business interests of local and national companies in Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho for over 30 years. My practice focuses on business and employment law. After serving as a law clerk for the Honorable Charles Powell, United States District Court Judge, I entered private practice. I have also served as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps during the Vietnam conflict.
I regularly advise clients with respect to all aspects of transactions involving leasing, purchase and sale of businesses, and employment matters. I also have extensive experience with litigation related to my practice.
