I was in a car accident that changed the way I enjoy to live. I was getting phone calls from insurance companies and was quickly getting tired of it all. I had never been in an accident before and just wanted to take care of myself and not worry about all the calls and letters I was receiving.
My husband was represented by Kevin many years ago and won a large settlement in a case that was very complex. Kevin also represented my brother, who is very lucky to be alive after a car accident. My brother has a severe brain injury as a result of the accident. Kevin was so patient with him and won a settlement that I still don't know how he did it with such high medical bills. So I picked up the phone and called Kevin and I am sure happy I did. From the moment I met with Kevin, I no longer need to worry about this case. I can concentrate on my upcoming surgery and work towards getting my life back.

A year ago, I was told that Kevin was the person to have in my corner when I needed a personal injury attorney. That recommedation was spot on.

we had a new house build but our builder stopped working on the job after it did not pass the final inspection. the builder wanted more money but we said no, not till it was completed. the builder put a lien on our property. we contacted kevin and he got the lien taken off the property without going to trial. we were so happy not to go to trial.

also my husband fell and injured his back at work because a walkway collapsed. he was off work for two months. because of kevin my husband was compensated for his pain and suffering in an unsafe work area. kevin is always confident when he talks to you and has that 'we'll get them' attitude. for us, that has always been true! happy about the results both times. it took alot off our minds when these things finally got settled.
