Customer review: There are not enough superlatives in the dictionary to describe how well Jeannie handled the defense on my case. In March 2006 I was arrested for a major traffic infraction. My initial thought was to bite the bullet and take whatever punishment the State saw fit but my wife suggested that I hire an Attorney to protect my rights.

Over a period of 14 months Jeannie was tenacious in defending my rights. She left no legal stone un-turned. After numerous court appearences and several motions Jeannie was able to convince the State to amend the charges to a much lesser offense. I can say without any reservations that Jeannie Mucklestone deserved every penny that I paid her plus my heartfelt thanks for a job very well done!

Customer review: I met Jeannie Mucklestone about 6 years ago, through a referral from another lawyer that I knew. That was the best decision that I made. Since knowing Jeannie, I've had every traffic violation I've received either dismissed, or reduced to such a level that it had no impact on my driving record. My violations spanned quite a range, and I was amazed at the results. Moreover, I recommended that the employees in my construction firm use her services, and she subsequently defended many of my staff with the same successful results. Customer review: Jeannie has represented my wife on four different traffic violations in Shoreline District Court. Some of the Shoreline Traffic Officers took the infractions personally and went out of their way to insure the citations stuck. One Officer even talked a prosecutor into prosecuting the speeding ticket (12 MPH over). One Shoreline Traffic Sgt wrote his troops an official department memo instructing them to write my wife for "every infraction they saw her commit". Needless to say, they put a big target on my wife. Customer review: Based on advice from friends, I hired Jeannie Mucklestone to handle a traffic ticket for me. I mailed her the details of the case and a copy of my car registration along with a check. I called about a week later to discuss the case with her and see if she needed any additional information. She was abrupt with me on the phone, said she didn't need any info, and that the court date was a month later so I shouldn't worry. She said I did not need to attend the hearing.
My next contact with her was the day of the hearing when she a left a voice message on my cell phone saying that she had some questions for me about the case and that I needed to return her call in the next 10 minutes. Unfortunately, I did not receive her call until about 45 minutes later. When I did return her call, the hearing was over.
To her credit, she had gotten a deferred finding, but I was quite unhappy with her level of professional behavior. I believe the outcome of the case could have been different had we been able to discuss the details of the case before the hearing.

Customer review: I received a speeding ticket in Redmond and the cop was having a REALLY bad day. On top of the speeding ticket, he wrote me up for insurance AND expired license. The ticket was over $1000. Jeannie took my case, which involved repeated visits (called continuations) to the court over a period of a year. She got everything thrown out. In addition to this particular case, she has gotten three or four other tickets of mine dismissed over the years.
Cops can be the most power-hungry jerks -- I'm glad there are attorneys like Jeannie fighting for the little guys.
