Rand has worked with me on possibly the most varied set of legal adventures over the 15 years I've known him, ranging from drafting legal documents for a rather unusual creative project to help with legal issues related to family medical events to working through tenant concerns. Aside from just bei...ng a tremendous human being, Rand is an engaged and passionate about finding solutions, advocating for clients and engaging on both the rigorous legal and delicate human side of any situation. Most recently he helped us move quickly through a residential issue that I feared at the outset would become a contentious quagmire, instead is was solved quickly and gracefully in less time than I imagined possible due to his insight and experience.
