Client Review: Although I was impressed with her aggressive approach and professionalism I did not hire her due to poor follow-through. Since she did not work on my case I am only providing a rating for responsiveness.

I signed a fee agreement during my initial consultation with Christina Latta that anticipated payment of her fees to come from my legal insurance. The following week I received a courtesy copy of a letter my insurance sent to Christina denying the claim. After contacting Christina about the issue I decided to pay the fee myself and Christina said her office would mail a revised fee agreement for my signature.

A month went by before I received the revised agreement, by which time I had hired another attorney.

Client Review: When I first met Christina she was a bulldog - aggressive and knowledgeable. She was also aggressive about cashing my retainer check that day. Fine - I want an aggressive attorney.

During the next 30 days, she promised in a variety of emails to get started on the case.
Nothing.
A month later, she promised again.
Nothing.
Three months later, I followup. Another promise to get started.
Nothing.
3 months later, I talked to another attorney who mentions that the statute of limitations for my case is coming up and I have to act quickly. I give Christina 2 weeks to get moving or I'm going elsewhere.
Nothing.
3 weeks later, I tell Christina I'm hiring another attorney and request that she provide me with an accounting of hours worked and a refund of the retainer. Although she won't provide an accounting and I don't think she's actually done anything, I agree to a refund of part of the retainer.
Nothing - Two months later and I'm still waiting for that check.

Summary: I dropped $500 bucks for an initial consultation that should have been free and nearly blew my case due to a statute of limitations issue.

Client Review: Christina Latta was not only very professional, but was very sensative towards our needs in getting our case resolved. We were very concerned on resolving this matter in a short period, and she adheared to our needs by expediting this case within our thin margin of time that we had. She provided personal and professional attention that exceeded our expectations. I would recommend Christine Latta to any of my friends and family

Client Review: Christina Latta is someone I recommend whole-heartedly. When I, and my company, were struggling financially and about to go under, she showed me options I never knew I had, and then she followed through and protected me so that I ultimately did not have to declare bankruptcy and was able to satisfy nearly all creditors. She also became my intermediary with my staff and negotiated a payment plan on past-due wages. I attribute my survival from this tough time to her abilty and her personal involvement on my behalf.
