I am a Seattle attorney who represents people who are underoing financial disfficulties. I know how to fight thetough battles. Unlike other firms, my firm does not just rubber-stamp form petitionsthrough to the Court. Unlike the big firms with theirbrand-new bankruptcy departments staffed with inexperienced attorneys, I haveyears of experience finding the kind of innovative solutions that otherattorneys often miss—and we always treat our clients like people, notjust names and numbers
I also take legal action when violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act have occurred by Credit Bureaus and represent consumer and small business debtors in Chapter 7, 13 and 11 bankruptcy cases. When a debt negotiation plan works better, we work those out too.
A graduate of Boston College Law School, prior to Seattle Debt Law, LLC, I represented consumer and small business debtors at Crocker Kuno Ostrovsky, PLLC and residential mortgage lenders at Routh Crabtree Olsen, P.S. in bankruptcy cases throughout Washington State. She formerly served as law clerk to the Honorable Whitney Rimel, Bankruptcy Judge for the Eastern District of California.
I am a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.
I am fluent in Mandarin Chinese

I meet Christina while helping a family member with legal problems. I was able to see first hand her professionalism and when I need an attorney she was my pick. To date we have Christina on retainer, and used her in two litigations. Both were successful for me. The last one was a bogus claim on my...

I met with Christina Latta Henry on a consultation for a credit record matter. She was sharp, to the point and I was out of the office quickly. I was surprised at the brief and valuable information she gave me that I had not considered. In hindsight it was very straightforward and I was not ...

One Thanksgiving day, disaster struck our home and our insurance wouln't cover us. We had to move away. Within a year, our home was foreclosed and our home equity lender demanded repayment of a $50,000 loan. We were stuck and needed help, so we made an appointment with Christina Latta Henry. C...
"I endorse this lawyer. Christina is a savvy attorney. She provides clients and prospective clients with excellent advice and legal services. I refer clients to her without hesitation and encourage others to do the same!"
"I endorse this lawyer. Christina Henry is one of the most experienced attorneys in the Puget Sound region in providing clients with highly competent legal advice to help them resolve diverse debt related issues. Christina treats every case with an open mind and develops a strategy specific to each case to accomplish her clients objectives. I would highly recommend Christina to anyone who has complex debt related issues and wants an attorney capable of utilizing multiple approaches and legal strategies to achieve results."
"I endorse this lawyer. Christina is a tireless consumer advocate. She is one of the few bankruptcy attorneys in our district who litigates bankruptcy matters on a regular basis, and is not afraid to appeal when she knows she is right. In the end, she is usually successful. She has the experience and intuition to know how to frame the issues in the light most favorable to her clients, and the sense to know when not to litigate or appeal (an increasingly rare quality these days). I first met Christina when we presented at a bankruptcy seminar together, and I was immediately impressed by her vast knowledge and experience (which I have since come to rely on for advice). I would not hesitate to refer complex (or simple) bankruptcy clients to her."
"I endorse this lawyer. I have known Christina for over 12 years and throughout that time I have observed her outstanding ability to consistently solve complex legal matters. Over the years, I have observed Christina remain loyal to her clients and family even when faced with major challenges. Her integrity, intelligence and empathy are only some of the qualities that make her reputation in the legal community so positive. Christina is a person who does not cut corners. She genuinely cares about her clients and goes beyond the call of duty to provide first class legal representation. Having worked with her in law school and on occasion after we graduated from law school, I have a unique advantage to evaluate her legal skills, efficiency, integrity and client relationships. Therefore as an attorney who has worked with Christina who knows her and her family very well, I endorse her with no reservations."
"Christina is a real star in the areas of bankruptcy and disputes between debtors and creditors. If I run across clients with debt issues, I send those clients to Christina, who is smart, talented, and a problem-solver."
