I am a person who has overcome great adversity in life by always seeking to learn, grow, live with integrity, and try to help others. I am a fighter, but one who knows the difference between a laser guided missile and a shotgun. One who knows when to talk, when to walk, and when to load for bear.
Why I am an attorney? One of my greatest life joys is helping my clients ensure that they are able to provide the best parenting they can for their child or children and the best life they can for themselves. It is difficult to give your child the best childhood they can if you are worried about providing for them, what happens to them while in the care of their other parent or your life is taken over by never ending litigation. Adult and more importantly children’s lives are directly shaped by what happens in family law cases. We take that responsibility extremely seriously.
We take a big picture approach and recognize the consequences to our clients and to their children of our actions during litigation.
Client service is critical to our success. We only take a limited number of clients to ensure superior service. Phone calls and emails are returned within 2 hours (during normal business hrs) and client's always know the status of their case. Our flat fee ensures quality service and fair and predictable pricing for our clients. We appreciate our clients and say thank you.
We would be honored to be given the opportunity to serve you and welcome you to make an initial assessment appointment to see how we can serve you and your children.

I endorse this lawyer. Brita Long is brilliant and motivated for her clients. She is courteous to all involved in a legal case, including opposing counsel, staff, the court, and anyone else who may be involved; while still advocating strongly for her clients. I have hired Brita and her staff to do my estate planning, and I would also hire her myself for a family law matter if the need ever arose. Brita Long is a shinning example of an ethical attorney who is also an ardent and dedicated advocate for her clients.
