Lawyer's Comment: I work hard to keep all my clients fully informed so I am puzzled by this review. I return all phone calls and emails within 24 hours, and in most cases within hours. I also have no way of knowing whether this review is from an actual client or a simply a disgruntled employee. I suspect the latter given the timing.
