Masterful Realty Attorney

Matthew represented us in defense of alleged fraud regarding a home sale in Washington. He immediately took ownership of our considerable stress resulting from the vicious claims made by plaintiffs' counsel. Professional, unmatched knowledge of the law, compassionate and true humanitarian...he tur...ned a quarter million dollar claim into a dismissal with prejudice. Don't look further, HIRE Mathew Davis!

VERY iNNOVATIVE

I was introduced to Matt when I became very dissatisfied with the work a firm was doing for our firm. After reviewing documents and certain aspects of the law, he advised that we were trying to defend a contract when in reality new Federal law took precedence. The other side never saw his argument ...coming, we won the case and appeal. I have met and dealt with a lot of lawyers in my life, but none like Matt.

Highly Recommended

I am a landlord in Seattle, and Matthew Davis gave me straightforward, professional advice about Seattle rental law. He had thorough knowledge of the ins and outs of the law, which he communicated clearly, and he was very accessible to answer any questions. Beyond that, he helped me think through the... many layers of my personal options. Furthermore, my strong sense is that his own values of fairness and decency guide his practice.

Very competent attorney

Matthew represented my in several legal matters when I was a general contractor.. I was impressed with his knowledge of contract law and real estate law. He was a good negotiator and got the best possible results. He answered my phone calls and emails in a timely fashion.

Getting someone off a deed can be a problem

I could not sell the real estate unless one of two things occurred-an agreement could be reached with the other party to sell and divide proceeds equitably, or going to arbitration or court. Matt Davis was able to get an agreement to list, and thereafter followed through as needed until title transf...ered. He did an Outstanding job. I was able to let the entire weight of the problem fall on his shoulders. That in turn allowed me to focus on my job. It was clear to me he got me out of quite a scrape. I was quite comfortable with him representing me in arbitration or court. He is also an Incredibly able and talented trial attorney. I can't recommend him enough.
