Craig D. Blackmon is a Seattle-based real estate attorney who has practiced law since graduating from the University of Washington School of Law and beginning his career in 1999. We sold our house using Zillow's "Make Me Move" feature, which means we didn't have an agent. Craig answered questions and reviewed documents thoroughly and efficiently, and he was great at communication. We recommend him very highly and would use him again.

I consulted Craig about an issue with buying a house. There was a contentious situation involving a suspected fake competing offer, which was used to escalate the final price for me. "Craig does an exceptional job of helping his clients navigate complex areas of real property law and real estate matters. He is professional, thorough and extremely knowledgable and he advocates very effectively for his clients, while also providing great customer service. I would not hesitate to refer my friends, family or clients to Craig."
"I highly endorse this lawyer. As a real estate attorney myself, Mr. Blackmon is one of those lawyers that other lawyers dread going up against. He is an admirable opponent, and makes the rest of us work hard to reach settle or defend against his position in court. I admire Mr. Blackmon's capabilities so much, that I actually refer clients to him when the circumstances warrant it."
"I am an attorney who primarily focuses on estate planning and elder law issues and have used Craig's real estate expertise numerous times to assist my clients. Craig is incredibly responsive to my clients' needs and has a great sense of humor to boot. I soundly endorse Craig."
