Cutting through the HR threats

I hired Rebecca to represent me when my employer tried to have me terminated due to my disability. Rebecca was professional and here legal advice was spot on. My former employer saw I was not going to be discriminated against with Rebecca. I would use Rebecca for any employment matter.

Exceptional Attorney

Rebecca really worked for me to have the company I work for, accommodate me on the job,. My employer did not want to make the accommodation for my disability. Rebecca pursued what was necessary, and knows her stuff!! She is very knowledgeable about the law, and how it applied to my situation. She kept me informed, and absolutely works for her clients!

Excellent employment law counsel

I engaged Rebecca to handle my severance and non-compete clause, where the non-complete would essentially mean that I would not be able to work. Rebecca was able to directly and efficiently deal with my former employers HR Lawyer and close out the who issue with a minimum of muss and fuss....while keeping me from loosing my cool at the same time. I found Rebecca's subject matter expertise and straight talk to be both reassuring and professional. While one hopes to not need employment lawyers very often over the course of one's professional career, I know that if I ever need that kind of help, I'll be turning back to Rebecca in a flash.

Savvy negotiator

Rebecca represented me in a long, tedious case involving unpaid compensation I was owed. She proved to be a tough but pragmatic negotiator, and regularly informed me about the status of the suit. She worked with me to respond to threats of (false) counterclaims from the defendants and ultimately was successful in securing a settlement I could live with. Then she oversaw its lengthy disbursement period, acting as escrow and keeping on the opposing counsel to make sure it was resolved without further litigation. I highly recommend her for any employment claims.

Helped us through a protracted and sometimes contentious suit and settlement

Rebecca guided us through a wage loss suit against a former employer who had dug in his heels on not paying a number of us our full final paychecks. She helped us deal with numerous frivolous accusations and threats, and kept opposing counsel in check. It was a long process, due to the employer's actions and inaction, but she made sure we got though the other side compensated and intact.

Smart and professional

Rebecca represented me in a suit over back pay. Beginning with an extensive free initial consultation through settlement negotiations she gave sound advice and representation. I am sure I got the best settlement I could have hoped for.

Settled in a successful difficult case

Ms. Ary was the reason I was successful in my case. When interviewing attorneys I found out that since I had left my employment it would be 98% more difficult to win, therefore, attorneys were not interested. Ms. Ary took the time to listen and search for ways to make it a strong case. There were times when we were all doubtful as to whether or not we could win, but through perserverance on Ms. Ary's part and good advice we finally settled out of court successfully. Run away from this attorney

Run away from this attorney. I had a long conversation with her. And I am happy she never represented me. Firstly, she is low-qualified. The best advice she gave me was about her hourly rate (and she repeatedly reminded that request for money). Other advises were not valuable. So I am happy such a low qualified person never represented me. Secondly, she violated multiple norms of ethics by yelling on her clients. I am afraid of what will she do in the Court and how can she control herself. Run away from her. Never pay to her - it is not worthy. Read also reviews of other users at Google maps - something is definitely wrong with this attorney.
