Thank you for Everyting

I want to thank both Michael Shurteff and Cindy as both are Angels who helped me get through the process of removing my debt that was accumulated during my unemployment. They responded quickly, were professional, and when I needed to do anything I was reminded. Their compassion was obvious and it w...as something I never expected. They came through and helped me through the process which was something I never intended to do. I recommend Mr. Shurtleff with 10 stars I promise you will never be disappointed. Wonderful attorney

When I called Michael for a consultation he was very knowledgeable, kind and explained the process like he really cared. I have never spoke to an attorney like him before. I highly recommend him.

Excellent service and took the time to explain everything carefully

I called Salem Law recently about a creditor from 15 years ago who was trying to garnish my paycheck. Because of this potential garnishment, I was quite stressed and didn't know what to do. Almost immediately, Michael Shurtleff made my stress level go down as he looked up the details of my case witho...ut hesitation. From his point of view and relying on his expertise, he was able to see that this creditor had no legal basis to instigate this garnishment. He then determined that my case was best handled by a colleague and told me he would refer me and to watch for an email from him to his colleague. Within the hour I had received a quite detailed email from Michael on my behalf to another attorney that would take it from there. He did all of this work for free and no matter what happens in my case, I am grateful for Mr. Shurtleff for his advice and leg-work that he put in to help me out. I feel much less stressed now.

Beyond Expectation, Diligent and Problem Solver

My case is a tough one. Michael worked diligently to get approval for my case. During payment plan, he always takes time to answer my questions and find solutions for challenges I have. I am very appreciative. Highly recommended!
