Biography
My goal is to break the stereotype of the attorney clients never want to call. I do this by putting my clients best interests before my own fee. My number 1 goal is to have every client feel like they found the best attorney in town for the lowest cost.
I am in my 13th year of practice in Oregon, and I specialize in real estate, business, and tax law.
I have helped hundreds of clients with the following legal issues:
- business transactions such as entity start-ups, real estate deals, lending transactions, franchising, and tax problems.
- foreclosure assistance
- individual or business audits and appeals to the tax court.
- leasing, trademark registration, and financing issues

I also have extensive experience with asset protection planning utilizing domestic arrangements and foreign jurisdictions and investment product.
