Tim Alan Quenelle

I was put in touch with Mr. Quenelle because he and the firm, Scharfstein, LLC, were handling a class action against BP. He asked me to provide certain information and papers in order to receive a check as final payment in this case. I provided everything he asked for and waited...and waited. That... was on Sept. 26th, 2020. I attempted to reach him on October 27th, but no one answered the phone and the 'mailbox' was full. I sent an email but it was ignored. I tried again today to call (November 6th). The check is owed to my son, who unfortunately passed away months ago, so it was to be reissued in my name as his heir. It's only $94.42 but Mr. Quenelle seems to want to withhold it. I could use the money as I am still paying off last expenses relating to my son's death. Thanks, Tim.

Last year I had a situation with a corrupt dealership in Salem Oregon and Mr. Quenelle decided to take my case and I am so glad he did. He was component, knowledgeable and a great person as well as attorney to deal with. I am and will continue to refer people to him. I did win and was pleased with th...e outcome. The dealership is still in business but, they've changes their names and I'm sure my case will not be the last they will ever go through.

Tim is an amazing attorney! For my husband and I put are self in a horrible situation.
