Mr. Bilecki got impressive skills and professionalism. He did an outstanding job helping me in a extremely difficult case for an article 120 that could result in some confinement time. He helped me to have peace in my mind and go through the process of a general court martial with any doubt that Mr. Bilecki was well known and prepare, and as result I ended NOT GUILTY of any of the charges I was accused of. Thanks to Mr. Bilecki I was able to moved on foward with my life and there will be no day that I will not be thankful for what he did. Thank you once again!

I contacted Mr. Bilecki after larceny charges were preferred against me by the USAF. He quickly replied to my email with a phone call to set up a consultation at his office. Later that week we met in his office in Honolulu to discuss the specifics of my case. My first impression of Mr. Bilecki was that he was very knowledgeable and took his job serious. After I explained to Mr. Bilecki my situation he told me to return home and take some time determining if I would like to retain his services in which I did. He did not pressure me to make a decision and also advised me to shop around. After making plenty of mistakes to land me in this situation choosing Mr. Bilecki to represent me was finally a good call. Leading up to my court date Mr. Bilecki had his team of investigators doing great work which would later come in handy. He kept me in the loop and we had many face to face meetings and phone conferences. When trial began he totally outclassed the prosecutors and exposed them for the rookies that they were. The term "hard hitting defense lawyer" is often thrown around, but Mr. Bilecki is truly great at his craft. I was facing 12 months in confinement, reduction of rank from E-4 to E-1, and forfeiture of 2/3 pay. After Mr. Bilecki was finished disassembling every witness I was found not guilty on a majority of charges and received a fine of less than 150$ and a reduction of rank from E-4 to E-3. If you need a lawyer don't hesitate to get the best and that's Mr. Bilecki!

This was my first time to ever be accused of anything wrong. For my case to go to a general court martial blew me away, and I knew that I needed to put up a fight back. That's when I started looking for Lawyers. What grabbed my attention the most was that Mr. Bilecki only deals with military cases and I knew from his web page how dedicated he was to helping out military members. I met with a few other attorney's and was planning on meeting with more until I met Mr. Bilecki. He gave me an honest point of view and describe how he was wanting to handle this case. I made my decision 10 minutes after talking to him and never looked back. He stayed dedicated to my case throughout the long process that it took, and when it went to trail he just blew away the prosecuter with his knowledge of the law and how he handled himself. If you want an attorney that will be honest with you and fight the entire way through with out ever looking back you want him. It was a privledge to have worked with him during my trail and knowing how dedicated he was helped me stay that way through the process as well.

Mr. Bilecki and his associates know UCMJ defense extremely well, and that's all they do. Mr. Bilecki and his associates are amazingly qualified and skilled in handling UCMJ cases. His associates include an excellent of counsel attorney, Mrs. Kiley Hyatt, Darron Ridder, a paralegal with 20 years of military experience, and a very pleasant and efficient secretary, Julia Takashita.
Initially, my legal situation seemed daunting. The defense that was orchestrated for me was nothing short of genius. Bottom line up front - I went from nearly certainly getting a General Officer Article 15 (or worse) to getting a locally filed letter of reprimand (which will be shredded and forgotten when I PCS shortly). So essentially I wound up with no punishment besides a good scolding.
Although I did commit some degree of misconduct, this was a sincere case where I was being made into a "fall guy" for several others who had been involved in similar misconduct. The beauty here is that the defense strategy appropriately redirected the command's focus off of me and onto an individual who had done far more heinous things than I had.
So if you're under the impression that defense attorneys only get bad guys off the hook, think again. I truly feel a sense of justice from my outcome. Regardless of what you have done, having a knowledgable and aggressive advocate like Mr. Bilecki is imperative if you do not want to be trampled on by a toxic leader whose goal is to bring you down.
When an over-zealous commander thinks you are guilty (even if you are not, or not as guilty as they think) they will stop at nothing to destroy you, regardless of the evidence for or circumstances under which you got in trouble. Expect any constitutional rights to be trampled all over, as well. This is particularly true if they are attempting to suppress information and save face at your expense.
I was consistently intimidated, bullied and harassed by my commander. I specifically recall one day where I called Mr. Bilecki in a pinch when my commander was trying to pin me down with an answer to an arguably illegal question. Mr. Bilecki responded within 5 minutes with a direct phone call to my commander, who happens to be an O-6. The bullying stopped immediately and I didn't hear from him for several weeks. After that, he was much more respectful!
Mr. Bilecki is not intimidated by commanders of any rank, and his confidence helped me to stay strong throughout this difficult time.
Justice was done in my case, but military justice is far from automatic - you need a strong, proactive advocate. You may have gotten in trouble, sometimes serious trouble, but this in no way means you need to allow *anyone* to trample on your constitutionally guaranteed rights. I think this is the essence of Mr. Bilecki's philosophy.
I am still proudly serving in my primary MOS with full potential for career advancement despite initially thinking that would never be an option again.

My son was facing some serious charges by the military of aggravated assault on his child. The military was looking at sentencing him to brig time to up to 17 years of confinement. I had already hired an attorney from the beginning when these issues were brought forth. Later on about a month and a half after hiring my attorney for some odd reason he decided to drop out and told me that I needed to hire a new attorney. That's when my son and I decided to hire Mr. Bilecki and his team. Not only is Mr. Bilecki smart and well educated on the UCMJ but he is also extremely confident in the courtroom. He is definitely a hard charger in that courtroom and he sticks straight to the facts. He definitely shows the panel that the facts that he are defending for will be revealed to the panel after his cross examinations. I am actually glad that my first attorney dropped out on us and I was afforded the opportunity to get a second chance and hire the right attorney ( Tim Bilecki ) because he was well worth every single dollar that my son and I bargained for. I am ever so thankful to Mr. Bilecki for having my son cleared of those charges. Not once do I regret having to go the extra mile and spend the extra money to have him as representation for my son because if not for him and his team my son would be doing some serious brig time. I would definely recommend a hard charging attorney like Mr. Bilecki to any military person that has to defend themself against the military justice system. Do not go into the courtroom by yourself. Go in with a confident hard charging legal firm like Bilecki Law Group.

I was suspected of sexually assaulting a girl I met a bar off-post after we were both drinking. When I was called in by CID I could not believe they were going to charge me with this, because what we did was completely consensual. I knew I was innocent and didn't want to get taken to trial and possibly found guilty. I hired The Bilecki Law group before I was charged, they did their own investigation and were able to show the law enforcement agents and prosecutors that the girl I hooked up with was lying. The process took a little while, but no charges were ever brought against me and I was able to move on with my career. If it wasn't for Mr. Bilecki and his team, I am confident my command would have charged me with rape or sexual assault.
Mr. Bilecki and his team are extremely aggressive, thorough, and know what they are doing. I highly recommend them to anyone who is falsely accused. They saved my life.

Tim Bilecki is not only beyond competent and proficient in his practice, but he is compassionate and has the ability to make the client feel protected and empowered! Nobody should try to take a case against him or her with nothing but the best defense team on his or her side, especially if it involves the Government. Mr. Bilecki and his law group ARE that best team. Tim Bilecki is a hard hitter type of attorney who delivers hard blows to the "other side"! Mr. Bilecki is NOT someone who backs off. I would recommend Tim to anyone in a heart beat. Thank you Bilecki Law Group from the bottom of my heart.

Once I was charged, I contacted The Belicki Law Group, once an appointment was made I gave full details of what I knew about my case. They were very knowledgable about the law and gave me options on what I could do. Once I retained thier services, The Belicki Law Group were relentless in there own investigation to discover the truth. Once the Belicki Law Group discovered the real truth behind the offenses, They gave little tidbits of information to the prosecution that informed them they knew more than the opposition. The Belicki Law Group maintained my innocence throughout the whole process and did not run to the prosecution for a plea deal. They reminded them this will be a fully contested trial. The turning point in my trial was the devestating cross examination of my spouse and law enforcement. This uncovered the lies to the panel that there were more information they was with holding. The Belicki Law Firm was so confident in my case, the defense rested without calling a single witness. I was a little skeptical at first, but they are the experts in criminal law. I was fully astonished that the panel seen thur the lies and deception of the opposition. I received a NOT Guilty verdict for all charges and specifications. If I had not contacted the Belicki Law Group, I would have been convicted and possible spent life in confinement. I am forever indebt to this law firm. I can now look forward to my bright future in the military. My children, family, friends and co-workers thanks this firm for uncovering the real truth. If you are facing serious criminal charges, The Belicki Law Firm should be called first. If other defense lawyers has doubts about your case, call the Belicki Law Firm, they offer you options and how to fight to win your case. This was the best investment I have ever made in my life. Again I am forever indebt to this firm.

I chose Mr. Bilecki to represent me because of his track record of success. I am very happy that I made that decision. I was facing potential court martial for sexual assault. Tim Bilecki stopped it at the Article 32. His knowledge and experience were evident during the Article 32 where he seemed to sort of take control of the court room. He was hard to get a hold of at times because he was dealing with a lot of different clients at once. But in the end what really matters is the results and Mr. Bilecki saved me from having my life destroyed and from the pain that it would have caused my family.

Mr. Bilecki is did a lot to get myself found not guilty at my court martial. I was charged under the UCMJ, and Mr. Bilecki has a lot of knowledge with that. After I was charged I knew I had to do some research to get a civilian lawyer. I came across Mr. Bliecki and read every page of his website. I said to myself, " I need a hard hitting lawyer like himself to represent me." I had a lot at stake here, lose of ALL benefits, confinement and a BCD. The government stacks the odds against you when you are put into a situation like this. He also kept me really informed on what was going on with the investigation. Although, his availability to reach him could be a problem for some people, i.e, time difference and dealing with other clients, I still got in contact with him when I needed it and he kept me informed on what was going on. His knowledge of the UCMJ, just shows how much he is dedicated to his job and proving you innocent, when it really matters. He will go to great lengths to represent you, and do the best to his ability. I highly recommend this lawyer for NJP or Court Martial.

I was facing serious sex charges and the first army lawyer i talked to told me my case would be almot impossible to win. Another Soldier told me to see CPT Bilecki so I did. He immediately started fighting hard for me and demanded that we get our day in court. He kept on pushing the prosecutors until they dropped the charges after the first hearing. He really knew what he was doing and had a winning strategy from the beginning. CPT Bilecki is someone who will really fight hard for you.
