DUI

Awesome! Manny walked me through the process and let me. Know what to expect. At the HART program other people in the program spoke very highly of manny.

Efficient

Manny provided excellent litigation and worked very hard to get a good outcome, id reccommend him to anyone. I couldnt compliment him enough to express my happiness and level of care.

Disappearance...

I met with him for about 15 minutes, wrote him a check for $4,000 and never talked to him again. He didn't show up in court. When I went to talk to him about not showing up, his secretary told me that he was at the courthouse. Later, I got another bill for $35.00 for a supposed telephone intervie...w. When I asked to see the results of that interview, his secretary went into a backroom at his office, came back, and told me he said that nothing important came from it so there were no notes! I wonder if this review will disappear.... I wish there were some way to give him 0 stars.... I recommend one stays as far away from him as possible when needing an attorney.

I lost so much more by going to Manny

My DUI was 2,300, Mannys service's to try to reduce charges 4 grand. I came to this site and saw so many good reviews from this guy. I was like its pricy but hes gotta be the one! This was my first offense so I really wanted and needed to be walked through every part of the process, and gosh I was... paying so that things could be a little easier for me! I would call and inquire about my case to the receptionist and he would say he knew nothing about it and I would speak to Manny who would often use sarcasm about how aggravating I was, insinuating I was taking up his time but was never refered to a paralegal or anyone to do the explaining he didnt want to do. Eventually I had to leave and he did not even pick up my calls, or would say to call in a month and further contact him on email. Attempting a reduction of charges, the case prolonged for over 4 months, he did represent me in court so I didnt have to go but kept vital information from me that would have helped to know like to tell me to pay the fine right away. Instead of that I was coldly forwarded to a number and my case minutes when it was finally over to deal with no reduction of charges whatsoever but a bunch of late fees on top. If I know anything about how to deal with tickets now it is for how much I lost going to this guy and reading law online on my own. Really, trust your gut feeling asnd not these reviews.

I will always call Manny first

Manny represented me for a DUI case. My trail was drug out over 4 hearings. I never had to take time off of work. Since that time I have called for legal advice which proved to be very helpful. I have recommended Manny to several people and will continue to do so
