I am an independent contractor and recently had a dispute with another party using my services over a long term but not adequately compensating me for my time and efforts. After a blow up with this party, I am so glad to have sought out Harmeet's help in the matter. This included helping me draw up an agreement, which I didn't have before and could present to the party, rather than wait for them to draw up the contract. In August 2010 I decided to seek a seat on my local community college district board of trustees. I am the president of a club. Harmeet Dhillon represented me and the club in response to a disgruntled former member who had written approximately 8 letters to the club over an 8 month period, copying people all over the city and state who had nothing to do with the club, demanding that we put a statement into our minutes that he and his wife (former club members) served the club with integrity and threatening to sue us for slander/libel if we didn't. Actually, brilliant isn't even a strong enough description of her abilities. Her letter captured and went to the heart of every issue. Two months have passed and the disgruntled former member's attorney has not responded. I cannot say enough good things about attorney Harmeet Dhilllon or recommend her highly enough. I am aware of other cases she has successfully handled, so there is a pattern of Ms. Dhillon representing her clients successfully. I have dealt with attorneys on other matters prior to this and none come even close to her excellence.

Harmeet Dhillon is a class act. She handled a defamation case for me involving allegations that could have been very damaging to my reputation. Her cease and desist letters are short, to the point, and legally specific to cause.
