Moises aguilar was the best person i could of hired for my case.I was so stressed out when i got arrested an thrown in jail,I had no idea what to expect.When i got out of jail Moises was recomended to me from a close friend who worked with him before.The first thing i did when i got his number was call him crying an stressed out of my mind.I had know idea what to think an expect in my situation. when i had my first meeting with him he led me in the right direction.Not only was i going to have a nervouse break down he made me feel so releaved that i had nothing to worry about.after my first day on court i knew everything was going to be stress free.He made me feel very comfortable an releaved that i hired someone who knew what they were doing.He was very informative an i constanly knew what was going on..

He was a great attorney and i highly recommend him to anyone. He made things very simple and straight to the point, but also got the best outcome for me. My name is Roberto M. i woul like to give my experience about my case that was handle by Moises Aguilar and Ben Sonnonstine, to be honest I had lost all hope on my case, because it had gonne over a year, i had hired another attorney that only took my $$ and didnt do much for me, I almost went to jail and was going to have to register for life, because that men didnt do anything for me, but thankfully I found Moises and Ben almost in the last minute, because i had my court less that 4 days before i talked to them, to start Moises was very accesible and put really close attention to me, he gave an appt ride away and since day one he made me feel very confortable and gave lots of hope, he was allways there to listen, did everythin possible to help me and what the other attorney didnt do in over 6 months, he did it in less than a month, him and Ben did a great representation and they were able to keep me out of jail and I didnt have to register and now i have peace in my heart and can be with my wife and have a new life and the chance to have a better life, i really have no words to thank this guys for all the help and God bless their hearts.

I got pulled over about 3 months ago and was charged with driving without a drivers license, failure to provide proof of insurance, and having a crack on my window. I forgot to go to court, so I contacted Mr. Aguilar in hopes of rectifying my situation before a bench warrant was issued in my name. Upon doing so, he immediately took a look at my case and gave me full details on what his course of action would be. Incorrect information from the DA's office resulted in me receiving a bench warrant, but Mr. Aguilar contacted me immediately to meet him in court to get it taken care of. I sat there case after case waiting for my name to be called, and in that time the judge gave no leniency to individuals failing to appear in court. So in my mind I was thinking the same would happen to me and I would have to pay the $325 Civil Assessment fee. I did however notice that the judge seemed annoyed that most people who had a misdemeanor like myself, waived their right to an attorney. When it was my turn to stand before the judge I immediately noticed his behavior towards me was different compared to the people that stood there before me. He asked Mr. Aguilar if I had been convicted of driving without a drivers license in the past, to which he replied no. The judge then turned my misdemeanor into an infraction, which I was absolutely shocked to hear since he failed to this with the people before me with the same charge. Next came failing to provide proof of insurance, which Mr. Aguilar made sure I brought to court with me, and just like that the charge was dismissed. Lastly, the civil assessment fee to which I had set in my mind would not be dismissed. Mr. Aguilar expressed to the judge my attempt to contact the courts when I received my ticket to make sure I appeared on my court date. And how incorrect information from the DA's office resulted in a bench warrant, he asked the judge to please consider dismissing that charge as well. Which the judge did. I walked in with a misdemeanor and 3 additional charges, three of the four charges were dismissed. The misdemeanor was turned into an infraction, and I walked away from it all extremely satisfied with the results. I am confident that had it not been for Mr. Aguilar, I would have been looking at fines that I simply could not afford. I am grateful for the services provided by Mr. Aguilar and would definitely recommend someone in need of a lawyer to contact his offices. As small as my case was he showed extreme interest, which I feel most lawyers fail to do.

Mr. Aguilar helped me from the minute I called him. I was so scared and ashamed of what I did. He told me good people make bad mistakes and he was here to help me correct it with as little damage as possible. He talked to me on the phone for about a 1/2 hour telling me h would take care of everything and that I had nothing to worry about. He got my felony reduced to a misdemeanor and with 6 hours of servce it will be erased from my record. Each time I called Mr. Aguilar he talked with me or called back within the same day. I feel that he not only is a good Attorney but really cares about his clients.

My husband got a citation for the 7th time driving with out a licensce and I was freaked out of my mind that he would be sent to jail for a long time and get deported. I was involved in a hit and run. I had woken up at a friends house after sleeping off a few drinks. The state troopers showed up and could smell alcohol on me. i was give a field sobriety test and faile. When taken in to get BAC, I blew a .07. A point under the legal limit. I was charged with a DUI because I was sitting in my car for an hour before they showed up, so their argument was that at the time I was driving I was over the legal limit. Personally, I believe I came across Moises Aguilar thanks to divine intervention. I'm a musician and with work being so slow, my economic status wasn't what we'd call stable. To make a long story short, I explained to Mr. Aguilar my situation; how I had been wrongfully accused and how I might end up in jail because I didn't have the resources to have a competent lawyer fighting for me. He was touched by my story and gave me his word to get me out of the hole I was in. From day one, he began fighting for me. After weeks of notorious hard work, Mr. Aguilar managed to remove the charges I was wrongfully being accused of.

I own a small business that offers income tax preparation and real estate services. We also offer money transfer services through one of the leading money transfer services.
