Outcome: Not Guilty of Penal Code section 288(a) charge

Description: The defendant was charged with a violation of Penal Code section 288(a)--Lewd and Lascivious Acts on a child under the age of 14. Through hard work and a great investigation by my investigator, we were able to prove the allegations false and obtain an acquittal.
