Making pain painless!

Excellent service and attitude, got me what I was looking for

I was hit by a road raging tractor trailer driver and was livid. I hunted down security camera footage, got it, and tried to take on their insurance company on my own. Shockingly, that got me nowhere. I'm not the "go to a lawyer" type but the accident was so egregious that it needed to be addressed. I ended up choosing Sam & Ash to represent me because of what they weren't. Not the loudest ads on TV. Not the ambulance chaser type. I just wanted someone to see what happened to me, and get me the money I felt I was entitled to - namely my deductible and the depreciation to my car. Ashley and her team took it from there and they got me a result I felt was fair and just - and got the trucking company to finally do what they should have done in the first place... the right thing. Highly recommend Ashley and her firm.

Making pain painless!

Ashley made the whole process from start to finish so easy. She was upfront snd honest through the whole thing. She was more than a lawyer, she showed her true compassion and how much she actually cared. Definitely would not have recovered as much without her either.

ASH = THE BEST

I had another lawyer first that never called me and when he did it was about all the things that couldn't be done for me because of a liability dispute, and they cancelled one of my doctor appointments. So I called Sam & Ash and they gave me answers and help getting back to my doctor. Ash was not worried about the liabilioty issue and ended up getting me the maximum settlement. No matter what your situation is i recommend Ash and her team to help.

BEST PERSONAL INJURY ATTORNEY

I had another attorney working my case but was not satisfied with their communication. I felt that I was stuck and was nervous about changing attorneys halfway through my case. I decided to call around and see if I had other options. After being unable to get a hold of anyone else on a Saturday, (my lawyer at the time included) I called Ashley late at night. She picked up, talked me through everything, an answered my questions. I felt so comfortable and was immediately put at ease. Ashley even explained the process and told me my options including staying with my current attorney. It was very clear that Ashley cared about me, my health, and my case, not about convincing me to hire her. At that point, the choice was clear, I needed to move forward with Ashley. I did not want to deal with the transition between attorneys, or even communicating with my former attorney any longer. Ashley explained to me the process and took care of streamlining everything and communicating with my former attorney. Ashley’s team immediately reached out to me and gave me the communication and understanding of the process at each step. I at all times felt informed, confident, and cared for. I received an excellent result on my case. I could not recommend her anymore. Bonus: rocky the mascot and team spirit manager (who is a dog) is the cutest pup I have ever seen. Who doesn’t feel comforted during a stressful time with a friendly doggo?

THE BEST ATTORNEY

Hire Ashley. I am not a person that generally writes reviews but I think it is important to give recognition where it is deserved. Ashley is not just an "attorney." She is thoughtful, well-versed in the law, and incredibly informative. I was in a car accident over the weekend. I was referred to Ashley by a friend who told me to give her a call. Personalized Expert Care

Ashley and her team were absolutely amazing in every way possible. They helped me navigate the complex world of insurance companies, hospitals, doctors, and claim adjustors while focusing mainly on my health. They collected, organized, and submitted all the bills and documents that were necessary to process my claim. I did not have to deal with any of the headaches associated with all of that. All I had to do was focus on getting better physically. Really Cares

My case was predicated on a car accident. My initial injuries were established, however, subsequent injuries because of the accident would not be acknowledged by the insurance company. While this case is not the biggest case in the world, I am compelled and honored to write this review because from the very beginning, starting on the phone, I was treated like I was the only client in existence. At one point they offered to help me resolve an issue with my care, even though they were not mandated to do anything. Truly, my review should be a video, because it is difficult to express in simple words to care, focus, fight, and relentlessness provided to me on a case that cost the attorney more than it returned. In fact, the attorney gave me a part of her portion, just to make me happy. Keep in mind, I was already impressed, so after that, I was blown away. While it is true that many do not trust attorneys, I will tell you that Ashley and her associates, has the skills of well-trained attornies but the fortitude of those that fight to care and care to fight on their client's side even at the cost of their own pay. I wish them the best because that's what I received from them every step of the way.
