Good Real Estate Attorney
I contacted Mr McGinnis to inquire about representing me because I had a real estate case. I explained to him my situation, then he reviewed my documents fast, gave me a reasonable price and was diligent in doing all the required paperwork to respond timely to the subpoena. He kept me informed of every step of the process and guided me as to what I could expect, I always felt like I was aware of all possible outcomes and when we went to court he got the judge to dismiss all the overpayment claims.
