Description: Successful Business Defense- Client sued for more than $300,000.00 We provided a defense to our client in a civil case where she was accused of breaching a written contract with her past employer. The plaintiff had alleged damages of more than $300,000.00. After a two week trial, the jury came back in favor of our client and award the plaintiff nothing. One juror commented after the trial that based upon the evidence we presented, our client was the "brains" of the operation and the plaintiff should have never let her go (we agree).
