Biography
I am a trial lawyer and the founding partner of Aitken Aitken Cohn in, Santa Ana, California. At age 35 I was and am the youngest president in the history of the State Trial Bar.
Memberships include: President and Trustee of American Board of Trial Advocates Foundation; Board member of the National American Board of Trial Advocates; Lawyer Representative to the 9th Circuit Judicial Court; and, former member of Board of Governors of ATLA. I have been a frequent guest speaker at numerous legal seminars, frequent guest on TV and radio shows, including Larry King Live, Inside Edition, KOCE, KNBC, KFI, published in several professional journals and one of the contributing editors of Jefferson’s California Evidence Benchbook

Knowledgable, Caring, Skilled, Great Results
Wylie and his son Chris represented our family in a wrongful death matter. The case went to trial, and we "won" but not how we had hoped, due to opposing counsel's gross misconduct and consequent jury misconduct. Did not Advocate
No trial dates at no depositions no discovery just a letter a month before the statute of limitation is that they could move forward with my case leaving me totally screwed. I suspect corruption in politics. Would not recommend.
