Jeffrey Scott Dawson

Jeff Dawson was hired by me for a very difficult personal injury case. Within a few months he organized my case obtained files and referred me to the appropriate doctors. What a contrast from the previous attorney. I really had a chance to see the difference between a professional well organized attorney and one who does as little as possible. In 2009 I was in a serious car accident where an uninsured drunk driver doing 85mph hit the car I was driving from behind as I was at a stand still on the 5 fwy. It was a nasty wreak. After getting out of the hospital I was lucky enough to have someone refer Mr. Dawson to me. He met with me immediately and treated me like my case was his number 1 priority. He was very straight with me about what to expect with the process. The insurance on the car I was driving was less than great, only had minimal coverage and like I stated the other driver was uninsured so it was going to be a fight. After all the medical treatment I received over the months to come it totalled out to around $38,000 and the policy only covered $30,000. That doesn't even count for the cost of the car and what Jeff Dawson's legal fee's would be. Jeff and his entire staff stayed in contact with me throughout the claim. It I had a question it either got answered right away or at most within 24 hours. They were all on top of their A game! When the case got settled I was worried about getting everything payed because it was way over the policy limits but Jeff said he would work with the doctors and insurance to get it handled. In the end, all my medical and the car got paid. I even got a call to swing by his office to pick up a check. I still have no clue how he did it but he had a check for $11,000 for me. He had explained in the beginning that if I would have set up my insurance differently, he would have been able to get me a lot more. Jeff is one of the brightess persons that I have met. He genuinely cares about your case and how your handling the situation you've been thrust into. He surrounds himself with the smartest people, great doctor referrals and made a horrible situation a lot less stressful. I have absolutely the utmost admiration for Jeff and the staff he employs.
