I went to Jay looking for help with my residency situation. I had met with several other immigration attorneys but did not feel as though any of them were the right fit for various reasons. I'm only young, I'm twenty-two, so I was worried that some may take my situation lightly and/or not give me their full attention or in some cases try to take advantage of me financially. However, when I walked into Jay's office I felt welcomed and was treated with respect. I gave Jay the rundown on my situation and he offered me some advice and then gave me the opportunity to hire him if I felt it was the right decision for me. Jay Nunez was absulately good. He helped us every step of the way with my I-601 ( Extreme Hardship Waiver). He is very knowledgeable of immigration law and you need someone like him on your side. He communicates constantly and leaves nothing to chance so he prepares thoroughly. I was illegaly in the states and he helped me get my green card. I was always hesitant and untrusting when it came to lawyers, specially because I have had bad experiences in the past. I want to thank Mr. Jay Nunez for helping me to get my green card, my husband and I have tried for almost 5 years to get it back so we could be in the United States together. My visa was taken away by officials at the United States-Mexico border nearly five years ago, soon after we applied for a fiance visa and got denied twice. Since then we have tried everything to get it back even my consulate tried to help but nothing worked. We had a previous lawyer who didn't care about our case and tried to charge outrage sums of money for no results. I WOULD 100% RECOMMEND JAY NUNEZ. I have been trying to get my green card for over 4 years now. I spoke with so many immigration officers, and always got different information. Finally, I decided to get a lawyer. I met with Jay, and we reviewed my case together. He estimated that he should be able to have my case resolved within 2 months or so.
