Bill worked on a Personal Injury case involving my young daughter. I was referred to Bill from a great friend of mine, I called Bill and he agreed to take my case. It was unreal how he and his office kept me informed. The outcome and settlement was more even better than expected. My daughter now can get the treatment necessary to repair the damage caused. I cant say enough about his expertise and professionalism.

William Berman was successful in obtaining a judgment sufficient to send a very strong message to the nursing home that was responsible for the death of my father. His firm had the clout and the experience to deal with the nursing home insurance company negotiators. I am satisfied with the judgent received and the resulting changes in procedures at the nursing home.

William ( Bill ) Berman and his associate George Kindley achieved an excellent settlement and final result for my wife and me in a breach of contract suit in which I was the Plaintiff.
Their supporting staff is courteous, professional, and timely with all matters. I cannot recommend these gentlemen strongly enough. They are both absolutely brilliant and relentless in pursuit of getting you what you deserve for whatever unfortunate circumstance you find yourself in. I think other firms fall far short of this one. This review was not solicited by them, I am just so grateful for their help and absolute professionalism throughout my case.

Anonymous Comment: I had a wonderful experience with William M. Berman and his team of attorneys. After being seriously injured in an accident, I retained the firm to help me because my inusrance company was not handling my claim fairly. Mr. Berman was very helpful in handling my claim, and obained me over three times what I had originally offered to settle my claim with the insurance company. I would highly recommend him.
