I particularly appreciated Mr. Drakulich's ability to simplify some very complicated issues that I had. He is personable and easy to work with. I'd highly recommend him.

Excellent Attorney
Mr. Drakulich was instrumental in a personal injury lawsuit for a member of my family, he exhibited professionalism and superior knowledge of the law. With the settlement my Uncle was able to live his golden years with dignity. Mr. Drakulich also represented me in a negotiation to preserve my contractual entitlements. Once again his negotiating skills and knowledge of real estate law was exhibited.

Versatile, attentive, trustworthy, understanding, and winners!
The Drakulich Firm, headed up by Mr.Nick Drakulich, has assisted me with a number of legal issues over the last 15 years. The most difficult of these issues included fighting it out with an aggressive, onerous ex-franchisor who was trying to punish me and my company for leaving the franchise fold. It was an extremely stressful time for me and my family, but I was comforted during the fight by the tough and insightful strategy that the Drakulich Firm presented on my behalf. In the end, I was kept out of an out-of-state mediation court and I ended up having to make little in the way of concessions to the franchisor. It was a big win for me, the little guy, that started out with very little hope for a positive outcome. Mr. Drakulich and his outstanding research team really went to bat for me and achieved a compromise that I never thought possible. Whenever I've had occasion to visit his offices in the Mission Valley area of San Diego I've always felt welcome and unrushed. It's amazing to watch how his staff interacts in a friendly but very professional manner. If you ever have the opportunity to sit in their "War Room" discussing your own legal problems, you will be filled with confidence. The Drakulich Firm is a small law firm that gets big results. I highly recommend them without the slightest reservation.
