Hanwei Cheng

           Hanwei Cheng is Senior Counsel of Adli Law Group P.C.  Mr. Cheng focuses his practice primarily in the areas of Business Litigation and Transactions and Real Estate Law.  Mr. Cheng utilizes his skills and experience to advise and counsel corporations and small businesses, as well as individuals, in matters involving Business Entity Formation, Business Torts, Breach of Contract, Fraud, Breach of Fiduciary Duties, Interference with Prospective Economic Advantage, Unfair Business Practices, Commercial Litigation, and Real Estate Law.

          Prior to joining Adli Law Group P.C., Mr. Cheng was the Founder and Owner of Cheng Law Firm where he specialized in business and real estate matters.  During such time, Mr. Cheng was named a “Top Attorney” for Civil Litigation by Pasadena Magazine for 2012 and 2013.

               Mr. Cheng graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Economics and obtained his Juris Doctor degree at California Western School of Law.  His education and background in business helped lay the groundwork for him to become a successful business attorney. Mr. Cheng is committed to obtaining favorable results for all of his clients.  In so doing, Mr. Cheng has prevailed in jury trials, court trials, and appeals.  Mr. Cheng is also well-versed in negotiations and mediations, including negotiating a settlement in a commercial property action in excess of one million dollars.

                In conjunction with his business and real estate practice, Mr. Cheng is a member of the Asian Business Association, Chinese Chamber of Commerce and the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association.
