Description: Client's foot was severely crushed after a retaining wall fell on top of her foot. The client was rushed to the hospital via ambulance and underwent several surgeries and skin grafts to replace skin on her foot. We investigated the scene and found that the wall fell over due to the roots of a palm tree pushing against against the wall, causing it to lean out.
